If you have burning passion for building wealth through real estate and a desire to learn as much as you can to build a profitable real estate portfolio, welcome, you’ve come to the right place.

Before venturing into mortgage brokering, I spent over 15 years working in wealth management for one of the top five banks. Witnessing the 2008/2009 market crash and its impact on investments, including my own, opened my eyes to the power of real estate as a wealth-building vehicle. While the stock market declined, I noticed the appreciation of our primary residence in Vaughan. This realization inspired me to explore real estate investing further.

I immersed myself in learning everything I could about investment strategies, financing, and market trends. In 2009, my husband and I purchased our first rental property in Barrie, which we still own. This experience ignited my passion for building a personal rental portfolio and generating wealth through cash flow.

However, I soon discovered that financing rental properties was more challenging and complex than I initially thought. In 2011, armed with a successful banking career and a strong desire for entrepreneurial freedom, I decided to become a mortgage broker, focusing specifically on income property financing.

After 12 amazing years working closely with real estate investors, something became crystal clear to me: the most successful investors eventually make their way to multifamily investments. I was blown away by the invaluable lessons I learned from these remarkable individuals.
